Community Engagement
The site has been deisgned centrerd around the community but it is often difficlut to get the community to partcipate. Local residents been have shown that they are keen to engage, shown by the People's Plan, and it is critical that the site reflects their needs to make the site truely theirs.
The three buildings designated for community uses provide excellent spaces for holding gathering to express feedbackand suggestions for the flexible future of the site.

Supporting Engagement
Actively communicating with the local residents through the mail, email, information bulletins and 'advertisements' on local government websites will present the opportunity to the most residents. These forms of communication will clearly state what locals say will influence what they receive from the site. Opportunities such as training, experience and proposed services are examples of how the community will benefit.
